All flats have gas cookers, fridges, toasters microwave, colour televisions, constant hot water, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Gas is free. All electric is supplied by reasonable tariff meters which accept £1.00 coins. All flats have bed linen duvets and pillows. Towels and tea towels are not supplied.

Flats are booked upon receipt of a deposit aprox £25.00 per person . We ask for a security bond. This is only returnable on day of departure providing the flat is left clean and as found. If we are unable to check your flat the bond will be either refunded by check or to your card within a week. Deposits are not refundable on cancelled bookings. The rent is payable in advance or on arrival. Possession of flats is from 3pm. on day of arrival until 10am. on the day of departure.
We do not accept responsibility for articles of value left in the flats. Please do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone or email if you have any queries.
