TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING In the event of
cancellation or curtailment or failure to arrive, should the reservation
not be refilled, either in the case of the dining room or accommodation,
the person under whose name the booking was made shall be liable to
pay for the total cost as per reservation. Deposits are not refundable
but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of
any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. We strongly recommend
that a cancellation insurance cover be purchased to safeguard against
any financial loss being incurred owing to unavoidable cancellations
through illness etc. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail
or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is
part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort
of other guests, staff or proprietors or to the hotel itself. Although
we do our best to ensure requested accommodation, we do reserve the
right to change if necessary.
