The Adelphi Self Catering Holiday Flats are run by the owner and staff and we feel the least that you can expect is a clean flat that is well decorated and maintained. And this is what you will find at the Adelphi.

In return we expect you to leave the flat clean and undamaged. We really care about the building and how the flats are run and who they are let to. We want everyone to have a good holiday and therefore we do not tolerate NOISY, BAD behaviour from ADULTS or CHILDREN. We have 13 flats and we have many tennants to consider. Anyone who acts in an anti social way i.e. noisy, aggressive, or abusive in any way towards other tennants, staff or management will be requested to leave without a refund.


The Adlephi Flats Are Quality Spacious Self Catering Holiday Flats On the Sea Front. We have a large car park and parking is rarely a problem. We are open all year.

The holiday flats are in a Prime Location Almost Exactly halfway between the South and Central Piers. They are situated on a quiet stretch on the Promenade but so close to everything. It is a lovely spot and within minutes walk to Cafes, Shops, Bars, Bingo Bistros, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, Tower, Winter Gardens and all that Blackpool has to offer. We accept families and couples, mature ladies and gentlemen.

All flats have gas cookers, fridges, colour televisions, constant hot water, crockery, and cutlery, cooking utensils. All electric is on reasonable tariff meters. All flats have bed linen. Towels are not supplied.

Flats are booked upon receipt of £25.00 per person deposit. We also ask for a security bond. This is returnable on day of departure providing there are no breakages or damage to the flat and there has been no anti social behaviour. We do not want to keep the bond we want nice well behaved guests. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled bookings. The rent is payable in advance or on arrival. Possession of flats is from 3pm. on day of arrival until 10am. on the day of departure. We expect that the flats are left clean and tidy.


We do not accept responsibility for articles of value left in the flats. Please do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone or email if you have any queries.

     
     
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING In the event of cancellation or curtailment or failure to arrive, should the reservation not be re-filled, either in the case of the dining room or accommodation, the person under whose name the booking was made shall be liable to pay for the total cost as per reservation. Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. We strongly recommend that a cancellation insurance cover be purchased to safeguard against any financial loss being incurred owing to unavoidable cancellations through illness etc. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, staff or proprietors or to the hotel itself. Although we do our best to ensure requested accommodation, we do reserve the right to change if necessary.
