TARIFFS

We let flats on a weekly basis usually from Saturday to Saturday. Monday to Fridays and Friday to Monday. We also offer some short stays depending on availability.

The flat shown is a Studio Seaview flat with wall bed and a convertable bed setee and a single bed. It has a seperate kitchen and a shower/toilet and handbasin . We have several studio flats. They are for couples or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Weekly they are from £200.00 per couple and £250.00 for a family . Weekends FROM £120.00 for 2 persons and £150.00 for a family .

Flat 6 has 1 Double Bedroom with living room/ kitchen plus shower room with toilet and handbasin. £250.00 per week for a couple and £300.00 for a family.

Our largest flat has a family bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. A large living room with 2 sofa beds . Seperate kitchen and a shower room plus toilet and handbasin. Up to 6/7 persons. The tariff is aprox £400.00 per week. Shorter stays aprox £100. 00 per night

We accept most major credit or debit cards

 

Flats are booked upon receipt of deposit. Please note that deposits are non refundable. We also ask for a security bond . This is returnable on day of departure providing that the flat is left as found. The rent is payable in advance or on arrival. Possession of flats is from 3pm. on day of arrival until 10am. on the day of departure.
